feat: add Admin SSO section (Nomad, Consul, OpenBao)

Browse Source 
- New Admin section with SSO badge
- nomad.lab.corestory.ai, consul.lab.corestory.ai, bao.lab.corestory.ai
- Footer updated to note SSO requirement
- pki/openbao card updated to separate pki from bao
